UX audits, redesigns, and Microsoft 365 design
For small businesses and product teams with a clunky app, site, or internal tool. All work is quoted per project, with a fixed scope and files you own.
Not sure where to start? Try the UX Audit: Quick Check.
UX audit
Starting from $175
People struggle, but you're not sure why? An audit checks your tool for usability problems and WCAG 2.2 accessibility gaps, ranks them, and says what to fix first.

UX Audit: Quick Check
For when something's off and you don't know where to start.
Your 3 key screens reviewed (more at extra cost)
Every problem ranked, with a plain-language fix
Your top 3 fixes and the effort each takes
A 20-minute walk-through
Timeline: About 3 business days

UX Audit: Deep Dive
More screens than a Quick Check, without a full fix plan.
Everything in the Quick Check, across up to 8 screens
A 45-minute walk-through
Timeline: About 1 week

UX Audit: Action Plan
An ordered list of fixes your team can work through.
Everything in the Deep Dive, across your main screens and key tasks

A phased plan (now, next, later) with before-and-after concepts
A few numbers to watch once the fixes are live
Timeline: About 2 weeks
Redesign
Starting from $300
Already know what's broken? We redesign it for clarity and accessibility, with files your developer can build from.

Redesign: Single Screen
When one screen, like a form or dashboard, causes most of the trouble.
One screen, redesigned for desktop or mobile
An editable Figma file you own, with change and handoff notes
1 round of revisions
Timeline: About 3 to 5 business days

Redesign: Mini
When a few connected screens, like a request form and approval step, cause the trouble.
Up to 3 connected screens, redesigned for desktop or mobile
An editable Figma file you own, with change and handoff notes
1 round of revisions
Timeline: About 1 to 2 weeks
Power Apps / Microsoft 365 design

What people say about Wan Dee's work
"What I appreciated most was that she genuinely wanted to understand the people she was designing for, not simply produce a polished interface. She cared about solving the right problem and creating something that worked for both the user and the business."
Clare Cooper · Senior Director, Project Management Office (PMO) · Wan Dee worked on her team
