How a project runs with us

A full project moves through four steps, from the first question to the day people use what we made. You can also start small, with a single audit or redesign.

01

Find what's worth fixing

What's getting in the way?

We look at how the work gets done today and find where people get stuck.

02

Research and design

What would make it clear?

We talk with the people who use it, then prototype and test the fix.

03

Weigh it up and plan

How do we build it?

We show what it will save, agree on what's included and plan the build.

04

Launch and support

Are people using it?

We roll it out with training and support, then check how it's going.

Wan Dee Brown

UX / Product Design

Wan Dee Brown is a Senior UX / Product Designer with 9+ years designing business software and the processes around it, mostly in manufacturing, where a confusing screen means lost production time. She starts where the work happens: on the shop floor, at the desk, in the middle of the process. Before she designs anything, she wants to know how the work gets done today, where people get stuck, and what the business actually needs.

Then she turns all that into something people can use: process maps, screen sketches, clickable drafts and working tools built on Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Forms). She founded Click Click Studio in 2026.

How Wan Dee designs

Understand before designing

She asks questions, maps the work and finds the real cause of trouble first.

Show ideas early

A clickable draft lets people react to something real and spot gaps early.

Use feedback to improve

Changes don't mean the idea failed. Testing and trying again finds better ones.

Reuse what works

Shared building blocks mean fewer one-off choices and tools that work alike.

Design for confidence

People should always know where they are, what to do, and what happens next.

Brandon Brown

Product and Business Development

Brandon Brown helps teams decide what's worth building, show what it will save, and get it launched and used. He has 12+ years across healthcare diagnostics, business software, a state health agency and a public college.

He has led big projects that bring many teams together, from the first idea to launch day, working with company leaders, designers and the people who use the tools every day. At Click Click Studio, he brings that planning and business know-how to Wan Dee's design work, so what we make solves real problems and gets used.

What Brandon brings

Deciding what to build

Turns business problems into a clear, ranked list of what to build first.

Showing what it's worth

Estimates the time, cost and savings, and shares them with company leaders.

Launching and getting it used

Plans the launch, training and messages, plus support after it goes live.

Improving the process

Swaps scattered, by-hand work for simple tools and steps everyone shares.

Keeping projects on track

Plans the work, runs the check-ins and keeps everyone moving toward launch.
